Passengers riding Jefferson Lines will experience a new way of traveling by motorcoach that includes in-bus air purification, contactless boarding, and alternative ticket purchasing options.

Help us provide a safe travel experience for all our passengers. We ask all customers to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water. Jefferson buses and facilities have complimentary hand sanitizer stations available for passengers as well. Federal law requires all customers wear a mask during travel.

Innovative new solutions for contactless travel are here! Before traveling, limit unnecessary interaction by booking your ticket online or over the phone by calling 858-800-8898. Don't forget to book in advance or take advantage of our everyday discounts so you can save on your tickets! While boarding, simply show the driver your ticket and confirmation number, and they will scan it with our NEW Paperless Boarding scanning device. Once on board, connect to our free passenger Wi-Fi, and log into our NEW Jefferson Lines mobile app for our latest updates and travel tools to assist you during travel.
