The following is a list of Jefferson Lines travel alerts and important service announcements. Safety for our passengers and employees is our first priority, so we apologize for any inconvenience. For Jefferson Lines cancellations, all tickets will be honored on the next available schedule. Please contact your local Bus Stop regarding Jefferson Lines travel delays.

ATTENTION: It is important for all of us to travel smarter in the current environment with COVID-19 (the coronavirus). At Jefferson Lines, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation through the American Bus Association, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local health authorities as the situation evolves. To give you confidence in traveling with Jefferson Lines, we have outlined our current cleaning policies and procedures as a response to COVID-19.

Jefferson wants to ensure all passengers are following guidelines for a safe journey. When preparing for your trip, the following items are can be stored in baggage on the bus, including carry on or checked bags. Items include knitting needles or scissors, hiking or trekking poles, batteries (excluding lithium), and fragile glass items. For your convenience we have provided a complete list of prohibited items to ensure all passengers have a safe journey.

* When traveling, passengers should check with local and state governments of the city and/or state to which they are traveling to understand travel requirements including, but not limited to, required quarantine.

** Federal law requires all customers wear a mask covering their nose and mouth while at our facilities, boarding our buses, and during travel. Masks must also be worn between sips and bites when customers are eating or drinking. Refusal to wear a mask is a violation of Federal law and may result in denial of boarding or removal from our facilities or buses; and passengers may also be subject to penalties.

Face masks with valves or vents, unsecured masks under the chin (such as a bandana), and plastic face shields (by themselves) are not allowed under Federal law and are not accepted as approved face coverings. If you don’t have an approved face covering of your own, please inquire about one at your local depot. For more information on how to best protect yourself from COVID-19, we recommend customers review the CDC’s website before traveling.

UW-LA CROSSE, WI

ATTENTION PASSENGERS: Due to construction, the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse bus stop has temporarily moved to 521 East Avenue North. For any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service Team at (858) 800-8898.

TEXARKANA, AR (TX)

ATTENTION PASSENGERS: Starting April 15, 2021 the Texarkana, AR depot will operate from a new location (Texarkana Travel Stop, 4020 South Lake Drive, Texarkana, TX 75501). This new bus stop will continue to provide passenger ticket purchase, bus stop, and package express. Hours will change. EDEN PRAIRIE, MN

ATTENTION PASSENGERS: Due to construction, the Eden Prairie, MN bus stop will be temporarily moving next door to temporary facilities. Its address of 13500 Technology Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 and hours will remain the same. For any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service Team at (858) 800-8898.

DOWS, IA

ATTENTION PASSENGERS: The Dows, IA passenger stop has moved to the nearby town of Williams, IA (Jays Bros.Truck Stop, 3065 220th St., Williams, IA 50271). This bus stop is a passenger stop only.
