Jefferson Lines Rewards™ Program Details. Earn points on your Jefferson Lines travel and redeem them for future trips starting 1/6/2026.

  • Starting 1/6/26 you’ll earn 1 point for every dollar spent on Jefferson Lines’ daily scheduled service. Charter services and travel with other carriers are not eligible.
  • Your points are valid for one year from the date of travel. Any points not used within that year will expire.
  • Jefferson Lines may update or change the Jefferson Rewards™ program from time to time, including how points are earned or redeemed. If the program is changed or discontinued, members will receive an email notice and have 60 days to redeem any remaining points.
  • No additional points will be earned during that period. When you redeem points, you agree that Jefferson Lines and its affiliates are not responsible for how rewards are used.
  • Point redemption may be denied if your account is not in good standing.

• How do I sign up?

Sign up to start earning points by creating an account with Jefferson Lines here. If you already have an account, you are automatically enrolled in the Jefferson Lines Rewards Program and will start earning points on JL travel starting 1/6/26.

• Do I need to sign up for Jefferson Lines Rewards?

If you already have a Jefferson Lines account, you’re automatically enrolled. New customers can create a free account anytime to start earning points. Points start accumulating 1/6/26.

• Do I earn points if I check out as a guest?

No. Points are only earned when you’re logged into your Jefferson Lines account at the time of booking. Guest checkouts do not collect points. Click here to log in or here to create an account.

• What trips are eligible for earning points?

Points are earned on the fare price (points are not earned on fees/baggage/etc.) Jefferson Lines daily scheduled service only. Charter services and travel with other carriers are not eligible.

• How many loyalty points are needed to redeem $1 in credit?

You will need at least 10 points on your account to redeem $1 in account credit to use towards future Jefferson Lines travel.

• When do my points expire?

Points are valid for one year from the date of travel. Any unused points after that time will expire.

• How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed toward future Jefferson Lines travel when you’re logged into your account during booking.

• Are loyalty points earned when I purchase a ticket or after I travel?

Points are earned and added to your Jefferson Lines account after your trip has been completed, not at the time of purchase.

• Can my points be denied or removed?

Yes. Point redemption may be denied if your account is not in good standing or if program terms are not met.

• Are Jefferson Lines or its affiliates responsible for how rewards are used?

No. By redeeming points, you agree that Jefferson Lines and its affiliates are not responsible for how rewards are used.

• What should I do if I don’t see points in my JL account?

You need to fill out the feedback form so we can review it. Please allow 5-7 business days for a response.

• Can I earn points on refundable fare ticket option?

Yes, trips with tickets with both refundable and non-refundable fares can earn points.

• Can I earn points if I start my trip with Jefferson Lines but then connect with another carrier?

No, points are earned on trips with Jefferson Lines only.

• What happens if the Rewards program changes?

Jefferson Lines may update or discontinue the Rewards program at any time. If that happens, members will receive an email notice and have 60 days to redeem any remaining points. No additional points will be earned during that period.

• Can I redeem my loyalty points on a multipass?

No. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed toward multipass purchases.

• Is there a minimum purchase amount to earn loyalty points?

Yes, you have to spend a minimum of $5 on a Jefferson Lines schedule to earn points on that purchase.
