   Jefferson Lines has been Minnesota home-grown, family and locally owned for over a hundred years. We continue to be the second largest carrier in the United States with a deep passion for the local and rural communities of Minnesota.

3. Giving Back.

   One of our values as a company is being good stewards of the communities in which we reside. That’s why Jefferson is a member of Minnesota Keystone, a coalition of businesses and corporations who donate up to 5% of their pre-tax earnings to charitable organizations. We have been an active and founding member since 1977.

4. Leader in Sustainability.

   As a company, we have made strides in reducing our impact on the environment. This year, we were awarded the 2022 Leadership & Environmental Sustainability Award on behalf of Motorcoach Industries and the American Bus Association. The award celebrates our many achievements such as reducing energy consumption by 75% by using HVAC units and LED lighting. We also send our tires for professional recapping instead of sending them to a landfill. These are just some of the many ways Jefferson is going green.

5. Jefferson Clean Commitment.

   Jefferson is still committed to being at top-quality cleanliness. We want our passengers to feel comfortable and confident when they travel with us. One way we’re doing that is by using electrostatic sprayers with high-grade EPA disinfectant to sanitize the hardest to reach areas. Cabin air is also purified with PlasmaAir technology on all our buses to reduce airborne bacteria, viruses, and odors.

6. Proud Partnerships.

   Jefferson Lines has many important partnerships! One being Busing on the Lookout, which trains motorcoach companies to identify and report potential signs of human-trafficking. We are proud to have all employees trained in this important initiative!
