INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Effective September 28, 2025, Jefferson Lines will begin serving the Indianapolis community by continuing key intercity bus routes in Indiana previously operated by Burlington Trailways. This transition underscores Jefferson Lines’ long-standing commitment to connecting communities in Indiana and across the Midwest.

Service will continue from the existing stop at 350 S Illinois Street in Indianapolis, preserving an essential connection to the Indianapolis-Des Moines corridor. Jefferson Lines will maintain many of the existing schedules and stop locations, offering a seamless travel experience backed by over 100 years of experience in delivering comfortable and on-time travel to the Midwest.
