Jefferson Lines does not guarantee that fares available at local depots or agencies will be available online or in the reverse. Fares are subject to change without notice.
Purchase tickets in the convenience of your home online with a major credit card.
Please note that when purchasing an online ticket, you must print your boarding pass and have it with you to present to the driver in order to board the bus.
Online tickets are non-refundable and valid for travel only on the date(s) the ticket is purchased for. Unused tickets may be used as credit towards future online purchases for up to one year from the date of purchase. A $15 cancellation fee will be assessed during the cancellation or reissue process of the online ticket. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
In order to take advantage of this credit option, you will need to have or create an online account with Jefferson Lines. Please contact Customer Care at 800-451-5333 to process the cancellation and credit.
Jefferson Lines has several locations that serve as ticket agencies where you can purchase a ticket in person. Most locations accept cash, check, and/or major credit cards, but we recommend to contact your local stop to confirm payments accepted. Please see our Bus Stops page to find the location nearest you.

Over the Phone
To purchase a ticket over the phone, you may call our Schedules and Fare Line at 800-451-5333. Tickets can be purchased over the phone with a major credit card. You will have the option to have the ticket(s) mailed directly to your home, if purchased at least 7 days in advance of the departing date, or you may pick it up at the nearest ticketing location with a confirmation number and ID or password. If you are picking up your ticket, you must pick it up within 10 days or the purchase date. Additional mailing and processing fees may apply for phone orders.
Prepaid Ticket Order
Prepaid Ticket Order (PTO) options are also available. A PTO allows you to purchase a ticket from your city (in person at a local ticketing location or over the phone) and send it on the same day to a person in another city. Fees and restrictions apply. Please ask the ticket agent for details.
