By creating a customer account with Jefferson Lines, passengers will be able to:
- Store payment methods
- Reschedule your travel
- Apply account credits
- Move tickets purchased without the account to the passengers Jefferson Lines Account, and more! Create an account here.
How to apply account credits when purchasing a ticket:
If there are any active credits in your account, it will appear before the payment screen when purchasing a ticket (you must be signed into your account). From there, you will be able to view and apply the credits to your purchase.
After purchasing the ticket, you will be able to view the applied credits to your purchase on the purchase confirmation page.
How to look up your account credits:

- To see credits, you must login to your account.
- Go to the My Accounts
- Locate My Credits.
- Click on My Credits, it will direct you to the My Credits Page.
- From there you can view your current balance and more information about past credit transactions.

How to reschedule your upcoming travel:
Tickets can be rescheduled up until the date and time of travel when purchased through a Jefferson Lines Account. Sign in and find your upcoming reservation. Select Manage to pull up the travel details, and select Reschedule to find your new date and time. Tickets may be changed or rescheduled for a service fee plus any cost difference of the new ticket if applicable. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
