MISSOULA, MT — Starting July 3, 2025, Jefferson Lines will be providing direct service from Whitefish to Missoula, Butte, Bozeman, Livingston, Big Timber and Billings with no transfers or layovers. Routes will start by running four days a week, providing intercity bus service/connections for the Whitefish, Montana area.

This service will continue to connect communities including Whitefish, Kalispell, Lakeside, Polson, Pablo, Saint Ignatius, Ravalli, Arlee, Evaro, and Missoula, which have long been a vital travel link in western Montana.

The Whitefish to Billings, MT route will operate Friday through Monday, leaving Whitefish, MT at 8:30AM, departing Missoula at 12:30PM and arriving in Billings, MT at 6:20PM. The Billings to Whitefish, MT route will operate Thursday through Sunday, leaving the Jefferson Lines Depot in Billings at 11:30AM, departing Missoula at 5:30PM, and arriving in Whitefish, MT at 9:10PM.
