If you have an account with us and purchased your ticket while being signed in, you can easily manage your trip online! If you do not have an account with us or did not sign in during the purchase of your tickets and would like to make changes to your trip click here.
You must make all ticket changes/cancellations prior to the original departure date and time, as the ticket is voided after time and date of travel.
Manage My Trip Features
How do I manage my trip?
- Log into your Jefferson Lines account.
- Select My Trips & navigate to the trip you would like to make changes to.
- Then select Manage to reschedule your ticket or change departure/arrival location.
Note that you can only use the manage my trip feature if you have a Jefferson Lines account and were signed in during the purchase of a ticket. You cannot link a ticket to an account after purchasing it.
What fees will I be charged?
There is a flat rate change-fee of $20 when rescheduling your travel.
If you change your departure or arrival destination, and the price is higher than your original ticket purchase, the pricing will reflect the original ticket price and additional price of your new selected departure/arrival location change, or other ticket change.
Other taxes and processing fees may apply.
