At the Depot
In our company managed depots, you will find floor indicators following social distance recommendations in alignment with CDC Guidelines. In addition, hand sanitizer has been provided for public use. Screen guards have been installed to provide extra protection for both our employees and passengers. Federal law requires all customers wear a mask covering their nose and mouth while at our facilities, boarding our buses, and during travel. On the Bus
To follow CDC Guidelines on our buses, we have limited capacity and created a recommended seating chart for passengers to follow. We have enhanced our vehicle cleaning with upgraded EPA disinfectant solutions as well as trained our bus cleaners on items that require special attention during cleaning. We have also asked our drivers to wipe down surfaces with a disinfectant at the end of each day during multi-day bus movements. Delays and Cancellations
With limited capacity and reduction of routes to our system, please plan for delays or cancellations, which may require lodging or food accommodations. We recommend all passengers stay up to date before their journey by checking our Travel Alerts found through our website. We encourage all of our passengers to utilize Jefferson Lines’ travel tools for contactless experience and booking so that if you are traveling you can Make it Safe, Make it Smart and Make it Mobile. Tickets can be purchased in advanced for the best discounts either online or over the phone with our Customer Care Team. We have rolled out the NEW Jefferson Lines mobile app, so that you can access tools such as our Bus Stops Map, Bus Tracker and Travel Alerts right at your fingertips.
