Lost or Damaged Baggage

For all lost or damaged luggage, please click here to fill out the baggage form which will be forwarded to our baggage department. You will need your Travel Itinerary and Luggage ID number in order to effectively complete the process. A member of our baggage department will be in contact with you within two business days.

  • Baggage claims for lost luggage require a submitted baggage claim form within 30 days of the date of arrival at your final destination.
  • Upon arrival at your destination, if something is missing or your baggage is damaged, baggage claim forms will need to submitted within 7 days of receiving your luggage.
