Q.) Why can't I find my departure city?
A.) Please make sure that the city you are selecting is a Jefferson Lines location. Bus-Tracker will only work for Jefferson Lines schedules and locations.
Q.) Why can't I find my arrival city?
A.) Please make sure that the city you are selecting is a Jefferson Lines location. Bus-Tracker will only work for Jefferson Lines schedules and locations. Please make sure that there is no schedule or bus transfer involved between your trip's origin city and destination city. If there is a transfer, you will need to look up each schedule individually. For example, a bus trip from St Paul, MN to Tulsa, OK will involve one bus transfer in Minneapolis, MN. You will first need to look up the schedule from St. Paul to Minneapolis then the schedule from Minneapolis to Tulsa. You will not be able to search St Paul to Tulsa because each schedule and bus has its own tracking device.
Q.) Bus-Tracker says it cannot forecast my schedule's arrival time.<
A.) Please make sure you are selecting the correct date of travel. Bus-Tracker allows you to look up schedules one day in the past and up to three days in the future. If you have the current date, please check the departure time. Ensure that you have the correct time selected. A schedule that has not yet departed from its original dispatch station will not be forecasted. If you have both the correct date and time and still not forecasted arrival time, please call customer service at 800-451-5333.
Q.) Bus-Tracker indicates that my bus has arrived, but I do not see it.
A.) Please check the following: (1) Are you at the correct location? Some locations are for ticket sale only while the bus stop is in a different location. (2) Did you select today's date as your departure date as opposed to yesterday's date? (3) Does the schedule number on Bus-Tracker match the schedule number on your ticket coupon? (4) If you answered yes to all 3 questions, please contact customer service at 800-451-5333 for additional assistance.
Q.) How do I save Bus-Tracker to my mobile phone?
